I. General Information:

Multiple tracking numbers may be assigned to the same order, depending on the product type.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but the recipient claims non-receipt, we can provide guidance on reaching out to the carrier.
Once an order reaches the “processing” stage, it cannot be canceled. To make changes to shipping address information, kindly reach out to us via email at support@teexb.com within 24 hours.

II. Shipping Services:

Standard Shipping (Price $7.99): Estimated delivery time under normal circumstances is 6 – 12 business days.

Fast Shipping (Price $19.99): Estimated delivery time under normal circumstances is 5 – 9 business days.

If any issues arise with the order during delivery, we will send email notifications to customers. Please respond within 3 business days. After this period, we won’t be able to initiate further processing. All expenses related to re-delivering orders resulting from customer-related errors (e.g., incorrect address input, change of address) must be covered by the customer.

III. Replacement and Refund Policies:

We offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

Incorrect item/color/size/address sent or evident defects stemming from manufacturing.
Loss of packages during transit.
No new tracking updates within 10 business days.
Delivery time surpasses 18 business days for standard shipping or 14 business days for express shipping.

Verification of package label to confirm its origin from our factories.
Clear photographs or videos taken in natural light focusing on the issue.
Measurement using a ruler to substantiate size-related claims.
Complaints must be submitted within 7 business days from the day the buyer receives the package (as per tracking information).

V. Instances Where Replacement and Refund are Not Permitted:

Incorrect shipping address/size/color provided by the customer.
Complaints received after 7 business days.
Inconsequential differences between the actual item and mockup/design under identical lighting conditions and devices.
Defective item caused by the buyer.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address information provided by the customer.
Buyer refusal of the package due to personal reasons during regular shipment conditions.
Shipping delays due to political events, natural disasters, military matters, customs problems, or uncontrollable factors.
